All warranties, unless otherwise stated, are backed by the manufacturer. We work with our manufacturers to ensure fast, efficient warranty support.
It is very important that in the event you believe you have a warranty problem, CONTACT US first.
DO NOT complete warranty repairs without talking to Taskpower and gaining written approval first - failure to do so may result in rejection of warranty cover.
Even with the best quality equipment, parts wear out and things can go wrong. When something does go wrong, it soon becomes clear that any one piece of equipment is only as good as the spare parts backup from the company you bought it from!
That's why we stock over 5,000 items of spare parts in our Nelson warehouse to ensure prompt aftersales service to our customers.
If we don't have it in stock, we hold accounts with major freight providers and can usually airfreight parts in from overseas within 2-3 weeks in a worst case scenario.
